Nie istnieją wiarygodne testy na SARS CoV-2

Chociaż cały świat polega na RT-PCR w celu „zdiagnozowania” zakażenia Sars-Cov-2, nauka stawia sprawę jasno: nie nadają się do tego celu

Izolacja ludzi i środki higieniczne na całym świecie opierają się na obliczeniach przypadków i współczynnikach śmiertelności stworzonych przy użyciu tak zwanych testów SARS-CoV-2.
Testy RT-PCR stosowane do identyfikacji pacjentów „pozytywnych”, przy czym „pozytywny” jest zwykle utożsamiany z „zakażonym”. ”

Jednak po dokładnym przyjrzeniu się faktom można wyciągnąć wniosek, że te testy PCR są bezwartościowe jako narzędzie diagnostyczne służące do określenia rzekomej infekcji – rzekomo nowym wirusem o nazwie SARS-CoV-2.

NIESKOŃCZONA „TEST, TEST, TEST…” MANTRA

Podczas briefingu medialnego na temat COVID-19 16 marca 2020 r. Dyrektor generalny WHO dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus powiedział:
“Mamy prostą wiadomość dla wszystkich krajów: test, test, test ”.”

Wiadomość została rozpowszechniona w nagłówkach gazet na całym świecie, na przykład przez Reuters i BBC .

Jeszcze 3 maja moderator czasopisma heute – jednego z najważniejszych magazynów informacyjnych w niemieckiej telewizji – przekazał swoim słuchaczom jak mantrę dogmat o koronie z upomnieniem:
“Testuj, testuj, testuj – takie jest obecnie credo i jedyny sposób, aby naprawdę zrozumieć, jak bardzo rozprzestrzenia się koronawirus ”.

Wskazuje to na to, że wiara w trafność testów PCR jest tak silna, że równa się religii, która praktycznie nie toleruje żadnych sprzeczności.
Ale powszechnie wiadomo, że religie dotyczą wiary, a nie faktów naukowych. I jak powiedział Walter Lippmann, dwukrotny zdobywca nagrody Pulitzera i być może najbardziej wpływowy dziennikarz XX wieku : „Gdzie wszyscy myślą podobnie, nikt nie myśli zbyt wiele”.

Tak więc na początek jest bardzo niezwykłe, że sam Kary Mullis, wynalazca technologii reakcji łańcuchowej polimerazy (PCR), myślał podobnie. Jego wynalazek przyniósł mu w 1993 roku nagrodę Nobla w dziedzinie chemii.
Niestety, Mullis zmarł w zeszłym roku w wieku 74 lat, ale nie ma wątpliwości, że biochemik uznał PCR za niewłaściwy do wykrycia infekcji wirusowej .
Powodem jest to, że planowanym zastosowaniem PCR było i nadal jest zastosowanie jej jako techniki produkcyjnej, zdolnej do replikacji sekwencji DNA milionów i miliardów razy, a nie jako narzędzia diagnostycznego do wykrywania wirusów.
Jak ogłaszanie pandemii wirusów na podstawie testów PCR może zakończyć się katastrofą, opisała Gina Kolata w swoim artykule w New York Times z 2007 roku Wiara w szybki test prowadzi do epidemii, której nie było.

BRAK OBOWIĄZUJĄCEGO ZŁOTEGO STANDARDU

Co więcej, warto wspomnieć, że testy PCR stosowane do identyfikacji tzw. Pacjentów z COVID-19 – przypuszczalnie zakażonych tak zwanym SARS-CoV-2 nie mają wzorca (“złotego standardu”), z którym można by je porównać.
To jest podstawowa kwestia.
Należy ocenić testy, aby określić ich dokładność – a dokładnie mówiąc ich „czułość” [ 1 ] i „swoistość” – poprzez porównanie ze „złotym standardem”, czyli najdokładniejszą dostępną metodą.

Na przykład w przypadku testu ciążowego złotym standardem byłaby sama ciąża. Ale jak na przykład australijski specjalista od chorób zakaźnych Sanjaya Senanayake stwierdził w wywiadzie dla ABC TV w odpowiedzi na pytanie „Jak dokładne są testy [COVID-19]?” :
“Gdybyśmy mieli nowy test na wychwytywanie [bakterii] złotej gronkowca we krwi, to już mamy posiewy krwi, to jest nasz złoty standard, którego używamy od dziesięcioleci i moglibyśmy porównać ten nowy test z tym. Ale w przypadku COVID-19 nie mamy testu na złoty standard ”.

Na Zhu et al., „A Novel Coronavirus from Patients with Pneumonia in China”, 2019, New England Journal of Medicine, 20 lutego 2020 r. Odpowiedź

Odpowiedź: „[Pokazujemy ] obraz osadzonych cząstek wirusa, a nie oczyszczonych ”.

Jeśli chodzi o wspomniane prace, jest jasne, że to, co pokazano na mikroskopach elektronowych (EM), jest końcowym wynikiem eksperymentu, co oznacza, że nie ma innego wyniku, z którego mogliby zrobić inne obrazy.
Oznacza to, że jeśli autorzy tych badań przyznają, że ich opublikowane obrazy z mikroskopów elektronowych nie wykazują oczyszczonych cząstek, to zdecydowanie nie posiadają oczyszczonych cząstek uważanych za wirusowe. (W tym kontekście należy zauważyć, że niektórzy badacze używają w swoich pracach terminu „izolacja”, ale opisane w nich procedury nie reprezentują właściwego procesu izolacji (oczyszczania). W konsekwencji termin „izolacja” jest w tym kontekście nadużywany).

W tym kontekście 12 czerwca 2020 r. W czasopiśmie Deutsches Ärzteblatt  opublikowano artykuł, w którym obliczono PPV przy trzech różnych scenariuszach rozpowszechnienia.
Wyniki należy oczywiście potraktować bardzo krytycznie, po pierwsze, ponieważ nie jest możliwe wyliczenie specyficzności bez solidnego “złotego standardu” (wzorca wirusa), jak nakreślono, a po drugie, ponieważ obliczenia w artykule opierają się na specyficzności określonej w badaniu Jessiki Watson, który jest potencjalnie bezwartościowy, jak tam wspomniano.

Ale jeśli wyciągniesz z tego wnioski, zakładając, że podstawowa swoistość 95% jest poprawna i że znamy częstość występowania, nawet główne czasopismo medyczne Deutsches Ärzteblatt donosi, że tak zwane testy SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR mogą mieć „a szokująco niski ”PPV.(Wartość predykcyjna dodatnia)

W jednym z trzech scenariuszy, zakładającym częstość występowania na poziomie 3%, PPV wynosiło tylko 30%, co oznacza, że 70% osób z wynikiem „dodatnim” wcale nie jest „pozytywnych”. Jednak „przepisano im kwarantannę”, jak krytycznie zauważa nawet Ärzteblatt.

W drugim scenariuszu artykułu w czasopiśmie zakłada się, że rozpowszechnienie wynosi 20%. W tym przypadku generują one PPV na poziomie 78 procent, co oznacza, że 22 procent „pozytywnych” testów to fałszywie „pozytywne” testy.

To by oznaczało: jeśli weźmiemy pod uwagę około 9 milionów ludzi, którzy są obecnie uważani za „pozytywnych” na całym świecie – zakładając, że prawdziwie „pozytywne” naprawdę mają infekcję wirusową – otrzymalibyśmy prawie 2 miliony fałszywie „pozytywnych”.

Wszystko to pasuje do faktu, że np. CDC i FDA przyznają w swoich aktach, że tak zwane „testy SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR” nie nadają się do diagnozy SARS-CoV-2.

Na przykład w pliku „CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel” z 30 marca 2020 r. Jest napisane:
“Wykrycie wirusowego RNA może nie wskazywać na obecność zakaźnego wirusa lub że 2019-nCoV jest przyczyną objawów klinicznych ”

także:

Ten test nie może wykluczyć chorób wywołanych przez inne patogeny bakteryjne lub wirusowe ”.

I na koniec FDA przyznaje:

“pozytywne wyniki […] nie wykluczają infekcji bakteryjnej lub koinfekcji innymi wirusami. Wykryty czynnik może nie być ostateczną przyczyną choroby ”.

Co ciekawe, w instrukcjach obsługi testów PCR można również przeczytać, że nie są one przeznaczone jako testy diagnostyczne, jak np. w instrukcjach Altona Diagnostics i Creative Diagnostics [5].

Cytując inną instrukcję, w ogłoszeniu o produkcie LightMix Modular Assays wyprodukowanym przez TIB Molbiol – które zostały opracowane przy użyciu Corman et al. protokół – a rozpowszechniany przez Roche możemy przeczytać:

“Te testy nie są przeznaczone do stosowania jako pomoc w diagnostyce zakażenia koronawirusem””

oraz:

“Tylko do użytku badawczego. Nie do użytku w procedurach diagnostycznych.”

Niewątpliwie ostateczny wzrost śmiertelności jest spowodowany terapią i środkami blokującymi, podczas gdy statystyki zgonów „COVID-19” obejmują również pacjentów, którzy zmarli na różne choroby, przedefiniowane jako COVID-19 tylko z powodu „pozytywnego” wyniku testu, którego wartość nie mogła być bardziej wątpliwa.
