Nowy wzór karty do zbierania podpisów na Trzaskowskiego

Od wczoraj (03.06.2020) wszyscy zainteresowani czekali, co też wymyśli Państwowa Komisja Wyborcza w kwestii wprowadzenia nowego wzoru karty do zbierania podpisów na Trzaskowskiego.

Zatem popatrzmy. Najpierw prezentujemy kartę, na której nielegalnie zbierano podpisy (czytaj TUTAJ)

Nowy wzór wygląda jak wzór nowy-stary.

Jak widzimy, karty są identyczne za wyjątkiem wolnych miejsc do wypełnienia oraz napisu „Załącznik nr 10”. Poprzednio prezentowany przez PKW wzór był identyczny – posiadał miejsca do wypełnienia, które można było uzupełnić na przykład w programie MS Word i wydrukować już „na gotowo”.

Wypytywałem Panią pracującą w biurze prawnym Krajowego Biura Wyborczego, czy można zbierać podpisy na karcie, na którą dopisano ręcznie datę wyborów. Pani odpowiedziała, że ważne jest, żeby osoby podpisujące kartę poparcia wiedziały na kogo i na wybory w jakim terminie podpisują i że Państwowa Komisja Wyborcza będzie to weryfikowała.

Na pytanie, w jaki sposób PKW zweryfikuje, czy w momencie zbierania podpisów data wyborów była wpisana, Pani odpowiedziała, że tego zweryfikować się nie da. Ponadto ordynacja wyborcza, ani inne przepisy, nie określają, czy druk poparcia ma być cały „wydrukowany”, czy też napisany ręcznie, czy też może być „wydrukowany” z ręcznymi dopiskami. Ważna jest tylko czytelność oraz właściwe wpisy i informacje na druku.

Zatem na fałszowane karty wystarczy dopisać „Załącznik nr 10” oraz datę wyborów i karty nielegalne zostaną zalegalizowane, gdyż PKW samo przyznaje, że nie będzie w stanie tego zweryfikować.

Manewry PKW przypominają moim zdaniem wszystko, ale nie dbałość o uczciwość procesu wyborczego. Po raz kolejny zrobiliśmy szum na całą Polskę, najwyższe urzędy państwowe zdobyły wiedzę o planowanym i realizowanym oszustwie wyborczym na wielką skalę i po raz kolejny nic z tym nie zrobiono.

Jak to mówi red. Ziemkiewicz, ręce i jajca opadają za kolana, jak patrzy się na to dziadostwo.

Edit: Mamy już zdjęcie kart poparcia na które zbierane są podpisy na Trzaskowskiego. Jak Państwo widzicie nie potrzeba nawet dopisywać „Załącznik nr 10”. Jest wydrukowana data wyborów. W przeciwieństwie do autora zdjęcia zakryliśmy numery PESEL.
